V3.4.5 CHANGELOG:

Improvements:

(Gunshots)

- Added RDR 1 like force to Rifles and Repeaters (Compatibility patch does not need to be updated)

- Improved overall fluidity when an NPC is shot

- Improved stumbling and balancing. Now there's lower chance of falling when being shot in the shoulders or in the abdominal area

- Falling over a railing is now a lot easier to trigger. NPCs are able to fall over a fence/railing in various angles, as long as it's moving towards it

- General improvements made to gunshot reactions

- Improved shotgun reactions. Disabled head/neck grabbing to further increase immersion. NPCs now violently spin around when getting shot with a shotgun (depends on the shotgun. For example: Repeating Shotgun causes less spin than a double barrel or a sawed off shotgun)

- Reactions caused by the Litchfield Repeater is now more natural

- Falling to knees upon death is now chance based. Now there is a bit of everything in the main version from all the alternative versions combined

- Improved high velocity bullet reactions to resemble a bit of my second euphoria mod, Authentic Euphoria Motions. NPCs now stumble backwards, allowing higher chances of falling over a fence/railing

(Falling/Rolling)

- Falling behaviors are now much more fluid and flexible

- Spinning when falling is drastically reduced

- Added more weight to the falling gravity. Not 1:1 with RDR 1, but close to that level

- Reduced the friction when rolling. This change was made to make falling off of slopy roofs more fun. Rolling will still feel impactful (Not aiming to turn the ground into complete ice)

(General)

- Improved knockout reactions for fistfighting

- Improved behaviors for bumping into pedestrians. It no longer looks unnatural

Bug Fixes:

- Fixed an issue where the NPC would not spin after getting shot and would only spin when dead

- Fixed behavior related issues when an NPC fell over or attempted to fall over a railing/fence. Now it looks more natural

- Fixed ground behavior related issues. Now it looks more natural and less bugged out or unrealistic

- Fixed camera related issues for falling. I do recommend turning off camera follow level in the Camera Settings from the Options menu, despite the improvements made due to heavy lock on, making it hard to see your character or move your camera when falling

- Fixed an issue where the NPC would stop stumbling after you stop pushing them

- Fixed legshots for some weapons

- Fixed an issue not known by many where certain weapon groups did not support fall over fence/railing behaviors

- Fixed an issue where the NPC/Player character would go into an A-pose if they hit an object or a wall from the wrong angle

- Fixed an issue where the legs act weird once the player starts falling (most noticeable, when jumping off buildings)

- Fixed an issue where the player character would not fail to balance when being near the edge of a building

And more! This update aims to fix most behavior related issues that looked unnatural and ruined immersion. Also improves aspects to feel more similar to RDR 1. Enjoy the final update!
